We offer Standard, Express, and Next Day delivery services to most countries. Available delivery options will be shown at checkout after entering your address.

  • Processing Time: All orders take 3-5 business days to process.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This email serves as a confirmation that we have received your order and will begin processing it.
  • Tracking Number: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Glitzluxurioushair is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, stolen, or missed parcels once dispatched.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges vary by country and must be paid by the recipient.

Glitzluxurioushair has no control over these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Incorrect Item:
If you receive an incorrect item, email us immediately at info@glitzluxurioushair.com. You have 7 days to return it using the address provided via email. We will replace it as long as the hair remains unused and in its original state.


ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. As a result, changes or cancellations cannot be made after submission.

Return Policy for Store Credit

We accept return requests for store credit only within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be in their original, unused condition, exactly as received.
  • This includes:
    • No combing, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, wearing, or altering of the product in any way.
    • Original ties and packaging must remain intact.

PAYMENT

  • Your billing and shipping address must match when placing an order.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unconfirmed addresses.
  • If you need your package shipped to a different address, contact us via email or text before placing your order.
